Founding Attorney
Morgan Darling
Morgan taught herself to read at age 3, and hasn’t slowed down ever since. She has a decade of experience in law, and thousands of volunteer hours serving her community. She is a member of the Texas Bar College, a professional society of legal scholars, and a graduate of the North Texas LGBT Chamber of Commerce Leadership Institute. She likes to spend her spare time with her family, playing board games, and going camping. She is a big fan of the Allen Americans hockey team, and she enjoys playing clarinet in the Oak Lawn Band.

Joy Lark Darling
Joy has spent 25 years working with children and families in various capacities, from serving unhoused populations to teaching Sunday School. She enjoys art and music, and she has her bachelor’s degree in Sociology from TWU, where she is currently a grad student. She is passionate about protecting the rights of the people in her community. In her spare time, she is a part-time Denton ISD high school teacher.

Kristine McCorvey
Kristine is retired from her career in accounting and sales, and she now dedicates her professional capacities toward ensuring that the workflow process is favorable to our clients. When she’s not advising for the firm, she likes to sew and quilt.

Melissa Perry
Melissa has over 14 years of experience working remotely, specializing in medical and legal transcription, editing, and proofreading. With a growing interest in expanding into book editing, Melissa is dedicated to enhancing their expertise in this area. As a parent to two neurodiverse children, Melissa brings exceptional problem-solving skills and creativity to every task, often stepping into a leadership role when a higher level of maturity and decision-making is needed.
